Along the railway path Randers - Silkeborg

Regional route 29 - approx. 56 km

In the Gudenå meadows south of Randers, the path runs on a dike. Between Langå and Silkeborg, the route runs along a disused railway line, which is clearly visible due to the many old railway bridges – the Blue Bridge in Randers, the Gl. Railway bridge in Langå, the Remstrup bridges in Silkeborg, the water tower for the steam locomotives in Langå and the high embankment that was necessary in several places for the railway to cross river valleys and wetlands.

From Regional Route 29, it is possible to continue through Silkeborg to Horsens on Regional Route 31, which is also a disused railway.
